  • Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
  • Reviewing Output: The app generates content using Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for high quality, you must review and verify all generated content before using it. We do not guarantee that the generated CVs are error-free or that they will guarantee employment.
  • No Guarantee of Employment: Our service is a tool to assist in your job search. We do not guarantee job interviews, placements, or specific outcomes.

4. Intellectual Property

The app, including its original content, features, and functionality, are owned by ATS CV Builder and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the personal data and CVs you create using our service.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may use the app only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the app:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  • To generate fraudulent or misleading professional information.
  • To impersonate any person or entity.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
